THE TEACHERS

    People who have lived this
    before they taught it.

Every teacher at the School of Insights came to this work through their own version of the same question: what is missing, and why hasn't anything I have tried answered it at the root? Each of them found the answer through years of disciplined practice. They teach with the precision that only comes from having genuinely gone through it themselves.

Dr. Jaimin Shukla holds a PhD in Engineering from UCL, which enables him to bring efficiency and practicality to his sessions. He has held C-level executive roles across the UK, US and GCC, giving him a depth of understanding of how to handle pressure and stress in demanding environments. He has also spent nearly a decade in deep immersive training with Himalayan yogis, Zen masters, Thai monks and Peruvian shamans who have no websites, brands or online presence, just practice, depth and results. He specializes in applying ancient wisdom to modern life in a way that is not theoretical, but immediately actionable. Dr. Jaimin is also the author of Transform Every Moment.

    What students say

"He teaches with precision that comes from both deep inquiry and high-stakes leadership. Students often say he names what they couldn't see but always sensed. Week on week, his guidance unlocks a level of clarity and inner command that most people didn't know was possible until they experience it."

    James Gasper

    Senior Teacher

    US

    Marine veteran

    MSc

    Columbia University, New York

    Years

    Silent retreat and immersive practice

James comes from an unorthodox background from serving in the US Marines. Since then he has been conducting research on contemplative practices at Columbia University. His teachings are able to resonate with students and allow them to feel heard and understood. He has spent years practising and in retreats with numerous teachers from Thailand, South America and Nepal. Each time taking his practice deeper through internal reflection and contemplation through his hunger to keep learning more. He brings a soft, gentle and respectful approach to helping you grow and become the best version of yourself.

    What students say

"He helps to self-empower students to discover a real-time sense of emotional control, an ability to recognise patterns causing emotional distress, and ultimately how to dissolve one's own self-limiting patterns. Not once or twice. But at will."

    Professional background

    Years

    GST practice and teaching

Kedar's story follows what were traditional norms: school, university, banking, marriage, three children. From the outside, life seemed pretty perfect, but internally he felt a quiet dissatisfaction, a constant sense of chasing the next thing. He had tried the apps, the books, the online courses, but found only temporary relief. The patterns always returned. At first when Kedar discovered the GST method, he had doubts. It looked like everything he had already tried. But after consistently putting in ten minutes a day, he found the changes were profound. He started smiling more, was lighter, more present, less mentally elsewhere. He now translates that lived experience into practical insight, helping those with traditional commitments integrate the GST method into daily life with ease.

    What students say

"Kedar brings complex concepts to life through grounded, real-world examples that make even the most subtle teachings immediately clear. Students consistently describe his sessions as relatable, positive, and precise, with a natural ability to meet you where you are."

    Global study and travel

    Banking

    Professional background

Milan came to this work for the very reason it exists, he had freedom without fulfilment. Global executive roles at billion-dollar companies, the world's biggest celebrities, red carpet events. On paper, everything. Internally, empty, burnt out and restless. Having achieved it all, yet feeling he had realised nothing. The shift came when he turned inward. Using the same determination and discipline that built his career, he went deep, practising over 10,000 hours across eight years of travel and isolated retreats, learning with some of the most respected teachers in the world. Milan brings infectious energy, an ambitious perspective, and a teaching style that makes the work feel alive, delivering complex concepts with a clarity and playfulness that makes even the most challenging inner work genuinely enjoyable.

    What students say

"Milan's energy is unlike anything else in the program. His pace, his positivity, and his ability to make complex concepts immediately clear make every session something you look forward to. He brings an ambitious vision of what is possible for you, and somehow makes you believe it too."

    What all four teachers share

None of them came to this work through a weekend certification. Each spent years, in some cases over a decade, in disciplined, immersive practice before teaching a single session. To qualify being a teacher at the School of Insights, they developed the ability to perceive what is happening within a student directly, seeing what you cannot yet see yourself, and guiding you through it with precision that is entirely personal to you.
